Moroccan Couscous Salad | Passion by Gerard Dubois

Price: PHP 245

Serving size: Good for 1; Small Salad

Ate it at: G/F Net Park, 5th Avenue, BGC, Taguig

For a bakery, Passion by Gerard Dubois sure has a lot to offer more than their breads: pasta, pizza, chocolate, gelato, mocktails, and salads, among others. And among their salads, I would always order the Moroccan Couscous Salad.

L-R: American Pasta Salad and Moroccan Couscous Salad

Each scoop is sweet, sour, and spiced at the same time. Sweet because of the raisins, sour because of the lemon, and spiced from the various herbs. Despite the complex layers of flavor, the salad is well-balanced (hindi nakakaumay) and is a refreshing accompaniment to their breads and other dishes. 👌

Since the Small Salad serving can have up to three different salads, I would also order the American Pasta Salad, which is like a shell macaroni salad, and the Royal Potato Salad, which has marble potatoes in oil and herbs.

*Disclaimer: I paid for my own food, and this was written with my honest opinion. If I don’t like the food, I won’t write it here. 😊
